2023 Harvest Carnival

The Fifth District Outreach Team  partnered with CSOSA, Fifth District CAC, DPR, Code 3, Ivy City, Arboretum Hotel, Guardian Challenge Program and several other partners hosted a Halloween Harvest Carnival/ Haunted House at Arboretum Recreation Center. The team provided games, prizes, food, entertainment for the youth all over the Fifth District.
